ifc’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report 22/23

国际金融中心商场荣获LEED及BEAM Plus铂金级认证

国际金融中心商场荣获「LEED v4.1运营与维护：既有建筑」铂金级认证，并为香港首个商场获得殊荣，商场亦同时取得BEAM Plus（绿建环评）铂金级认证，引领可持续发展。透过相关环保认证的评估，致力达到可持续发展的目标。

LEED（Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design能源与环境设计先导）由美国绿色建筑委员会(U.S. Green Building Council) 所制定及评选，为全球广泛应用的环保建筑物认证评核系统。

BEAM Plus是本港一套为建筑物可持续发展表现作中立评估的权威工具，由香港绿色建筑议会（HKGBC）认证及建筑环保评估协会（BSL）评估。
