In April 2005, Ford announced the creation of the TOM FORD brand. In that same year, Ford announced his partnership with Marcolin Group to produce and distribute optical frames and sunglasses, as well as an alliance with Esteé Lauder to create the TOM FORD BEAUTY brand, a complete cosmetics collection was launched in Fall 2011. In April 2007, his first directly owned flagship store opened in New York at 845 Madison Avenue and coincided with the debut of the TOM FORD menswear and accessory collection. In September 2010, during an intimate presentation at his Madison Avenue flagship, Ford debuted his much anticipated womenswear collection.
In June 2010 Tom Ford opened the Hong Kong store located in IFC mall, one of the city’s most prestigious retail centers. The store occupies 3000 square feet of space on the second floor of the ifc mall and offers the comprehensive range of products that customers have come to expect from TOM FORD. This includes the Made-to-Measure service, along with the complete Menswear, Womenswear, Beauty and Eyewear collections.
