Customer Service Officer

  • Involve in the execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier services to visitors;
  • Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively;
  • Coordinate with the Management Office and the Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day mall operations and marketing activities;
  • Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;
  • Excellent command of spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is highly preferred;
  • 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service / Front Office and gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management;
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;
  • Fresh graduates will be considered;
  • 5-day work and willing to work on shift.

Customer Service Assistant

  • Relatively simple duties at Concierge and CLUB ic, with focus on routine and administrative duties;
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above;
  • 1 year experience; preferably in Customer Service;
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;
  • 5-day work and willing to work on shift.

BMS Operator

  • F.5 or above;
  • 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Mall / Commercial Building;
  • Basic understanding on computer control system in the field of property management;
  • Holder of relevant certificate (Security Personnel Permit (SPP) / property management / building maintenance) is highly preferred.

Technician

  • F.3 or above;
  • 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Mall / Commercial Building;
  • Performing routine maintenance or servicing in Mall / Commercial Building (Completed the apprenticeship programmes or holder of relevant certificate would be an advantage) ;
  • Average level in spoken / written English, Chinese and Putonghua;
  • Holder of Electrical Worker or Plumber's Licence is highly preferred.

Senior Building Attendant / Building Attendant

  • F.5 or above;
  • 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Mall / Commercial Building;
  • Holder of certificate in Security Personnel Permit (SPP);
  • Holder of certificate in First Aid would be an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is highly preferred;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Building Attendant;
  • 24-hr shift duties required; 9 hours per shift (including 1 hour meal break).
