位于酒店四楼的四季菊日本餐厅制作著名天妇罗,在这里您可以一边饱览维港景色,一边品尝特色怀石料理,还有各式天妇罗、铁板烧、寿司和刺身。坐在料理台前,亲眼目睹城中厨艺最出众的日借大师为你精心炮制一流美食,更倍添赏心乐事。

餐厅旁边更开设了全新时尚café和创新酒吧,融会日与夜概念,café除了于日间提供精致的美点外,入夜后更可摇身一变成为别致的酒吧,让食客感受昼夜不同的饕餮体验。餐厅设计由顶级建筑师及室内设计师梁志天(Steve Leung) 主理,以简朴自然的木色为主调,并以日本传统「风吕敷」作为灵感,其图案百变,用途广泛,展现亦古亦今的日本美学。
