One ifc is managed by ifc Management Company Ltd, which specialises in professional property management services. It strives to deliver personalised services of unparalleled quality to our prestigious tenants at this first class commercial property.

Air-conditioning

The building's standard air-conditioning hours are:
8am - 7pm Mon - Fri
8am - 1pm Sat

Air-conditioning hours can be extended to 9pm at no additional cost on weekdays subject to agreement with the landlord.

Cleaning

The management has set a high standard of cleanliness to maintain this world-class building, and provides quality cleaning services that encompass routine cleaning of public areas, carpet shampooing and designated cleaning attendants to service tenant toilets and pantries.

A special cleaning team is also responsible for year-round cleaning of the building's glass curtain wall to ensure clear views of Hong Kong and Victoria Harbour. Tenants may also access optional office cleaning services and carpet shampooing according to their business needs

Concierge

All our tenants and visitors may avail themselves of our comprehensive concierge services. Two concierge counters are located at the One ifc lift lobby areas.

Facilities maintenance

One ifc maintains a team of experienced in-house technicians, supervisors and engineers to keep its facilities in tiptop condition. Our tenants can rest assured that these electrical and mechanical maintenance experts are there to respond to any building-related issues at all times.

Security

Security is a prime concern at One ifc, and our system utilises high-end technology to support all aspects of the building's management. Everything that occurs in our facilities is strictly monitored from the Building Management System Control Room around the clock by our dedicated security specialists.
