International Finance Centre Shopping Mall

Only domestic dogs and cats (“Pet(s)”) are allowed to enter ifc mall subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Entry of other animals is not permitted unless with prior written consent from International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd.

According to statutory requirements, dogs are not allowed to enter restaurants or supermarkets. This Pet Policy applies to the areas managed by International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. Customers are advised to consult individual retail tenants for their own Pet policies.

By bringing your Pet(s) into ifc mall, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. “Fighting dogs”, or other “known dangerous dogs” as classified under the Dangerous Dogs Regulation (Cap 167D) should not enter.
2. Pets on different levels within the mall
   1. Pets on Podium Level 1
      1. Pets must be securely hand-carried by their owners, kept in their own pet stroller or pet carrier;
      2. Pets are allowed to walk on floor only if they are kept on a leash no longer than 1.5 meters in length.
   2. Pets on Podium Level 2, 3 and 4
      1. Pets must, at all times, be securely kept inside their own pet stroller or pet carrier; and
      2. Pets are not allowed to sit or walk on the floor within the areas managed by International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd.
3. Pet owners are, at all times, required to:
   1. Clean up any excrement, urine and other incidents (e.g., vomit) of their Pets using their own sealed bags or containers, and properly disposing the same in a hygienic manner;
   2. Ensure their Pets are under proper control and restrained from causing nuisance, noise or danger to others;
   3. Supervise and attend to their Pets;
   4. Be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by their Pets to other persons or Pets, or to any property, and indemnify International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. and stakeholders for such injury or damage; and
   5. Be solely responsible for any injury to or loss of their Pets.
4. When using a pet stroller, Pet owners should use passenger lifts to travel between different Podium Levels of the mall.
5. Each pet owner should bring no more than two Pet(s) to the mall.
6. Pet owners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, terms and conditions and the instructions from the staff of International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd.
7. In case of contravention of this Policy, International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. reserves the right to request the Pet owner and their Pet(s) to leave the mall immediately.
8. This Policy does not apply to guide dogs and dogs in connection with the exercise of a lawful power.
9. This Policy does not apply to the office portfolio of International Finance Centre.
10. There are no lending services of pet stroller, pet carrier, or any pet-related accessories or cleaning materials in ifc mall. Pet owners are required to bring their own if they need to go to Podium Levels 2 – 4.
11. International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
12. The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only.
