Is the ifc mall Gift Card reloadable?No, the ifc mall Gift Card is non-reloadable.
Is there any expiry date for the ifc mall Gift Card? How can I check the expiry date of my card?ifc mall Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase, or until the stored value has been used up. The validity period is stated on the back of the Gift Card.
How can I change the initial PIN on my ifc mall Gift Card?Cardholders may change their initial PIN for the first time by logging in to 33 Finance’s Mobile App (App Store / Google Play) or www.33finance.com. However, the PIN cannot be reset if the cardholders forget the PIN they set. In case cardholders have forgotten their PIN, they can bring their card to the 33 Financial Services Limited office to reissue a new ifc mall Gift Card subject to a handling fee. How can I check the balance on my ifc mall Gift Card?Cardholders may check their card balance and transaction history by logging in to 33 Finance’s mobile app (App Store / Google Play), www.33finance.com or calling 33 Finance Service Hotline (3900 9833 / 3900 9888, Mondays – Fridays, 09:00 – 18:00).
