The mall is dedicated to green building development to maintain environmental sustainability with industry benchmark.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), is the most widely used green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.

BEAM Plus is Hong Kong’s leading initiative to offer independent assessment of building sustainability performance, certificated by The Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC) and assessed by The BEAM Society Limited (BSL).
